    Fizzics Sparkling Rose ‘Ontario’

Charmat method bubbly. Cabernet Franc 60% and Merlot 40%, exceptional ripeness and good colouration of the Niagara Peninsula fruit ensured a pinkish hue after 48 hours of skin contact. “Aromas of candied strawberry, watermelon and red bell pepper jelly, it fills the mouth with a generous airy froth, offering flavours of red fruit, savoury herb and a touch of sweetness in the lively finish.” 90-pts. Louise Boutin, winecurrent.com

  • Flat Rock Cellars
    Pink Twisted ‘Niagara Peninsula’

“This is an off-dry rosé comprised of 90% Gamay and 10% Merlot. Violets and dried flower aromas exude from the glass and hover above a smokey red cherry and cranberry underlay. A crisp, mineral driven palate brings baked red fruit in the core with some dried sage around the edges. Lovely structure and a long finish.” 91-pts. - Leah Spooner Wine Review

  • Upper Bench Winery
    Riesling ‘Naramata Bench’

This Riesling is beautifully clean, crisp and dry and is as versatile as they come - enjoy it as a patio sipper or pair with seafood, grilled meats or charcuterie. Prominent bouquet with honey suckle, orange blossom, peach and apple . On the palate it has racy acidity with flavours of green apple, lime, blood orange, and a touch of minerality on the finish. The hint of residual sugar is in perfect balance.

I love having the opportunity to source an incredible beverage. To know the place, the story, and the team who makes it happen… Then to present it to the incredibly diverse set of consumers in Alberta.
