    Fizzics Sparkling Rose ‘Ontario’

91-pts. & Best in Class Rose - 2025 Alberta Beverage Awards. Charmat method bubbly. Cabernet Franc 60% and Merlot 40%, exceptional ripeness and good colouration of the Niagara Peninsula fruit ensured a pinkish hue after 48 hours of skin contact. “Aromas of candied strawberry, watermelon and red bell pepper jelly, it fills the mouth with a generous airy froth, offering flavours of red fruit, savoury herb and a touch of sweetness in the lively finish.” 90-pts. Louise Boutin, winecurrent.com

  • Flat Rock Cellars
Rusty Shed Chardonnay ‘Twenty Mile Bench’

Aged in a variety of French oak barrels, 17.1% of which were new. There is a nose of savoury notes to go with yellow apples, bergamot, baked pear, flint, and an array of barrel spices. Concentrated and rich on the palate, ripe stone fruits, saline and flinty minerality with lemon curd in a creamy textured style that’s bright and lifted on the long finish.

  • Rosehall Run Vineyards
    Cabernet Merlot

This sleek, juicy Cabernet Merlot was sourced from select old vine lots around the Niagara Peninsula. A large portion of the blend came from the Schenck Vineyards in the Creek Shores sub-appellation. Aging in French and American cooperage for 16 months, ripe tannins, medium-bodied frame, firm backbone of acidity.

  • Upper Bench Winery
    Merlot ‘Naramata Bench’

Smooth and easy drinking, but full of flavour, the ‘Limited Release’ Naramata Bench Merlot is one of Upper Bench’s most popular reds. Deep garnet in colour, with bold aromas of black cherry, cacao, liquorice and graphite. Flavours of pomegranate, cherry, cloves and sage are supported by a lively acidity. Aging 18 months in French oak (30% new) leads to a complex wine with a savoury finish, structure and finesse.

I love having the opportunity to source an incredible beverage. To know the place, the story, and the team who makes it happen… Then to present it to the incredibly diverse set of consumers in Alberta.

I’m not trying to find customers for my products, I’m trying to find products for my customers.
